DMCA / Copyright Policy

At QuickUnblocked, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and content partners to do the same. 1) Content ownership

All games featured on our website are embedded from third-party providers (e.g., GameMonetize, GameDistribution) or offered under distribution agreements. We do not host or store game files on our own servers. Each game remains the property of its respective developer or publisher.

2) Our role

QuickUnblocked acts as an aggregator and provides access to games through embedded iframes. Because of this setup:

• We do not upload or directly distribute copyrighted content.
• All intellectual property remains with the rightful owner.
• Advertisements inside games are managed by the third-party provider, not by QuickUnblocked.

3) DMCA takedown requests

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material available on QuickUnblocked infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Please include the following information:

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4) Counter-notifications

If you believe that content removed (or access disabled) as a result of a DMCA notice was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full name and contact information.
• The URL(s) where the material appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

5) Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to QuickUnblocked for users, partners, or publishers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

6) Disclaimer

QuickUnblocked is an aggregator platform and does not host copyrighted game files directly. Any copyright claims regarding embedded games should also be directed to the original provider (e.g., GameMonetize, GameDistribution).
